Software and electronics engineer

I am a full stack developer with more than 9 years of experience working on software development, specially in web applications and with a background in electronics, I graduated with the highest honors from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile as Electronics engineer. I also have experience in hardware design, PCB, FPGA, electronics, automation and work with technical instruments. I consider myself a person with high analysis capacity, methodical and efficient, excellent communication skills and team working.

Software development and maintenance using multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Scala, C++, React, Django, Next JS, etc. Management of local services like GitLab, GitLab-runner, Jenkins, Nexus and multiple databases related to instrumentation and telemetry systems.

Telescope instruments automation system based on containerization technology using Docker and micro services, which connects to LCO server in order to remotely control large scale (4m+) observatories.

Maintenance to DECam (Dark Energy Camera) software.
